Impact AI Method - Interview Guides (Organizational Interviews)
This template is part of the materials provided for the Impact AI Method, which was developed within the Impact AI project, a transdisciplinary research project at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society. The Impact AI Method is designed for a holistic yet practice-oriented impact assessment of running AI use cases. The framework aims to assess the implications a given AI use case has for people, society, and the planet. The Pre-Questionnaire included in this template is directed at the person responsible for the given AI use case. Its purpose is to provide an initial overview of the workings of the respective project teams as well as the implementation of the given AI system. Moreover, the Pre-Questionnaire helps to decide whether a use case qualifies for the impact assessment. Other than the Pre-Questionnaire, this template contains three AI project interview guides – the AI Project Governance and Impact Interview, the AI Project Sustainability Interview and the AI Project Risk and Mitigation Interview –, that are directed at the organizational lead of the AI use case.
