The Source of ν ≈ 1: Why ν ≈ 1 Now?(ν ≈ 1 の源流:なぜ今、ν ≈ 1 なのか)
This paper asks why the present universe gives ν ≈ 1 for the collapse-threshold ratio in the exchange model of Lotum Field Theory, and what the preceding paper left open. It does not derive ν₀ (fitted to be about 0.97). Within a fixed model the value is precise, but it moves when the exchange ledger (how capture and evaporation are set up) or the likelihood is changed, roughly over 0.6–2.0 on the ledgers tried. The paper records four directions of search (theory, data, dynamics, scale), separates what has closed from what remains open, and states the test level of each claim. The closeness of ν to 1 is not explained here.
