Reconsidering Chemical Equations with the Algerian and Theory
This research presents the Algerian and Theory (نظرية الواوين الجزائرية) by Algerian researcher and mathematics teacher Chabira Abderraouf from Bou Saada, Algeria. The theory proposes a paradigm shift in chemistry: The and (Arabic for "And") in chemical equations is not an addition (+) but a multiplicative transformation (×). Instead of the classical equation 2H2 + O2 → 2H2O which relies on front coefficients and trial-and-error balancing, the theory proposes H² × O¹ = H²O¹ with binary coefficients 01 only (1=presence, 0=absence). The equation becomes self-balanced. Key concepts introduced by Chabira Abderraouf: - Chemical bond as existential multiplication: H × H = H² - Self-balanced equations: Aⁿ × Bᵐ = AⁿBᵐ - Elimination of front coefficients - Existence conservation (1×1=1) instead of mass counting This work generalizes to all chemical equations: CO2 as C¹ × O², NH3 as N¹ × H³, CH4 combustion as C¹H⁴ × O². The author is Chabira Abderraouf, mathematics teacher from Bou Saada, Algeria, founder of the Algerian and Theory and the W+X=1 theory.
