概要 / Abstract(日本語) 本論文は、現代社会経済システムにおける極限的に相反する二つの制度的形態、すなわちイングリッシュ・プレミアリーグに代表されるグローバルスポーツ資本主義の金融的過剰抽象化と、ウェールズの地域社会に見られる生態音響的・物理的接地に依拠した共同体レジリエンスを比較分析する。近年のメガクラブは、主権ファンドやオフショア構造、関連当事者間取引の水増し、貸借対照表の技術的調整を駆使し、財務的フェアプレー(FFP)や収益性と持続可能性に関する規則(PSR)などの規制枠組みを骨抜きにしている。こうした過剰抽象化は、価値の源泉を実体経済から遊離させ、不可避的な監査不全と制度的疲弊をもたらす。対照的に、ウェールズの地域社会は、プレセリ山地のブルーストーンが有する音響物理的特性、全国アイステズヴォズに代表される分散型制度技術、そして聖歌隊文化に見られる対面型の相互依存関係を通じて、市場的商品化に対する強固なアンカーを提供している。制度経済学、音響考古学、経済人類学の知見を統合し、物語主導の金融的抽象化が孕む非線形な脆弱性と、物理的・生態音響的共通財への再接地がもたらす持続可能な人間主権の回復を論証する。 Abstract(English) This monograph presents a comparative institutional analysis contrasting the hyper-abstracted financial governance of globalized sports capitalism, epitomized by English Premier League capital arbitrage, with the ecologically and acoustically grounded communal resilience observed in Welsh cultural systems. Modern football conglomerates leverage offshore corporate vehicles, sovereign wealth networks, inflated related-party transactions, and balance-sheet engineering to evade regulatory boundaries such as Financial Fair Play, generating systemic audit failures and acute institutional decay. Conversely, Welsh socio-cultural structures—anchored in the acoustic lithophones of the Preseli Hills, the decentralized institutional technology of the National Eisteddfod, and choral face-to-face reciprocity—provide an enduring non-commodified paradigm. We establish that while financial hyper-abstractions suffer from narrative decay under systemic shocks, physical-layer ecological and acoustic commons preserve institutional sovereignty, social cohesion, and deterministic human dignity.
