UDCT v7.11 — Preregistration: Constant-Anisotropy Jeans and Outer-Boundary Sensitivity in Hydrus I

UDCT v7.11 Preregistration — This record specifies a prospective test of constant velocity anisotropy and outer-boundary sensitivity in the radial Jeans analysis of Hydrus I, using the frozen GQUMOND implementation from UDCT v7.10. Prepared after the v7.10 results were known, this follow-up asks whether previously identified negative radial Jeans pressure persists across five constant-anisotropy values: beta = -1, -0.5, 0, 0.25, and 0.5. It also measures the nonnegative outer radial pressure required to remove negative pressure on the sampled domain. The registered design includes tapered-cusp and Plummer stellar profiles, the baseline and four screening-function variants, screening lengths of 1, 3, and 10 pc, and three QUMOND controls. Three numerical grids and two inner-radius limits give 216 gravitational-field evaluations and 1,080 pressure records. The protocol fixes the reproduction gate, numerical comparison rules, negative/positive/indeterminate classifications, central-slope eligibility checks, and finite-shell virial audit. Signed negative values are retained without clipping. Both persistence and removal of negative pressure, as well as unresolved cases, will be reported. No v7.11 galaxy calculations were performed during preparation; only synthetic solver and decision tests were executed. The registered calculations will begin after public publication of this preregistration. This study examines a spherical-average, stationary Jeans closure. It does not establish a full three-dimensional equilibrium or a positive distribution function, include LMC/SMC environmental fields, fit observed stellar velocities, exclude MOND generally, or validate a new UDCT gravitational theory. The deposit includes the English protocol PDF, prospective Python runner, README, and a ZIP package containing the frozen dependencies, pinned requirements, and SHA-256 checksums. Abstract
