Dupilumab as Add‐On Therapy for JAK Inhibitor‐Relapsed Pediatric Alopecia Areata: A Case Series
ABSTRACT A retrospective case series evaluated dupilumab as add‐on therapy in 15 children with severe alopecia areata who relapsed after achieving SALT80 with Janus kinase inhibitors. At Week 12, the median improvement in SALT score from baseline was 59.0%. Among the 13 patients who completed 24 weeks of treatment, 84.6% achieved complete hair regrowth (SALT100). Dupilumab add‐on therapy demonstrated efficacy and acceptable safety, suggesting it may be a promising option for pediatric alopecia areata patients who relapse during JAK inhibitor treatment.
