Cosmic Theory of Consciousness and Universe Inheritance (CTCUI) — scientific synthesis, v6.0 [English translation of the Polish original: Kosmiczna Teoria Dziedziczenia Świadomości i Wszechświatów, KTDŚW]

The Cosmic Theory of Consciousness and Universe Inheritance (CTCUI) is a cosmological hypothesis proposing a unified framework for a set of open problems in contemporary physics: the Hubble tension, the nature of dark energy and dark matter, the black hole information paradox, the fine-tuning of fundamental constants, and the hard problem of consciousness. Three interrelated theses lie at its core. First, the universe is not a solitary entity but a node in a generative population of universes, in which new universes arise from black hole singularities (extending Lee Smolin's cosmological natural selection) or from a controlled phase transition of the quantum vacuum from a false to a true minimum. Second, consciousness is quantum information encoded in the zero-point field (ZPF) — not an epiphenomenon of neural activity but a fundamental excitation of the field, whose correlations survive the death of the biological carrier and integrate into the deeper structure of reality. Third, the evolution of the multiverse is an informational process: each new universe inherits both physical parameters and the accumulated quantum information of consciousness from the previous cycle, gradually optimizing conditions for complexity and consciousness itself. The synthesis integrates the original manifesto (May 2025) and the mechanistic development "Transition Protocol" (March 2026) with independent scientific lines of 2025–2026: Slotine & Lohmiller's density-weighted deterministic paths reproducing the Schrödinger equation; the LHCb 4σ anomaly in penguin B-meson decays; and Keppler's work on resonance between consciousness and ZPF modes. The theory proposes three endgame scenarios — Controlled Phase Transition, Natural Saturation, and Mitotic Saturation (reproductive division of the universe at the saturation threshold, in which the parent cosmos persists and a descendant universe is born alongside it, inheriting learned information without destruction of the parent) — and formulates seven groups of falsifiable observational predictions, a mathematical operationalization (the consciousness-information functional ℐ(t), a phenomenological ansatz for dark energy, order-of-magnitude targets for w(z) and drift of fundamental constants), and a three-move reply to the consolation objection. The author is an independent researcher; the text is offered as an interdisciplinary synthesis intended to be taken up, criticized, or developed by professional physicists. This record is the English translation of the Polish original (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23220961), translated by the author with Claude.
