Strategi Pembelajaran IPS SD Dalam Era Digital: Memadukan Teknologi Dan Nilai Sosial

The development of digital technology in elementary school social studies learning provided opportunities to create more interactive and contextual learning. However, the use of technology was not always accompanied by the development of social values in the learning process. This study aimed to analyze social studies learning strategies in the digital era that integrated technology use with the development of students’ social values. This study used a literature review method by examining relevant scientific sources published between 2020-2024. The sources were obtained through Google Scholar and Publish or Perish, then purposively selected and grouped based on the use of digital technology, the integration of social values, and social studies learning strategies. The results showed that digital technology could expand learning resources, clarify social phenomena, and increase student engagement. Meanwhile, social values could be developed through social and cultural contexts, discussions, cooperation, modeling, habituation, and reflection. Their integration required teachers’ ability to select and use technology according to learning objectives. Therefore, technology needed to be positioned as a pedagogical tool combined with interactive and collaborative activities so that social studies learning remained socially meaningful.
