Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Victimization and Post-Breakup Stalking Victimization Among Korean Women: A Latent Class Analysis
Stalking is a highly debated social issue in Korea. Using data from the Violence Against Women: Focused on Intimate Partner Violence study, this research identifies patterns of IPV victimization and examines how these patterns are associated with post-breakup stalking among Korean women formerly in romantic relationships. It also explores various factors that may influence different IPV victimization patterns. Based on the findings, the study offers policy recommendations, including the development of educational programs and risk assessment tools to prevent future IPV and stalking victimization among Korean women.
