Synchronous Eccrine Porocarcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Epidermodysplasia Verruciformis
A 44-year-old man with epidermodysplasia verruciformis presenting with synchronous eccrine porocarcinoma, clear cell squamous cell carcinoma, and Bowen disease in the periocular region. Histopathology confirmed all lesions, while HPV testing of the porocarcinoma was negative. This case expands the oncologic spectrum of EV and highlights the need for vigilant clinicopathological assessment.
