Optimization of Cellular Mitochondrial ATP Production and Construction of a Metabolic Cleansing Protocol Utilizing Unsaturated Ultra-Soft Water and Himekawa Yakuseki
This paper proposes a physical-chemical and physiological framework, the "ATP Budget" model, to evaluate daily dietary impurities (e.g., inorganic phosphates, HFCS, PFAS) as mitochondrial energy drains. To minimize ATP filtration costs and optimize cellular health, we present a protocol utilizing unsaturated ultra-soft water combined with Himekawa Yakuseki for hormetic antioxidant stimulation, synchronized with biological rhythms.
