The Federico Maya Eternal Information Formula (v.11): many momenta, the contrast, and the eternality of spectral information, with Analytical Supplement (Lean 4)

The Formula writes the currents. v.11 does not change the four currents, the work identity W = Δ dim V, or the elementary flux Q = 1/π. Four currents stay four. v.8 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.22741062) remains the last published record of those identities. v.10 is inherited and is not a separate deposit. An oval of height m = floor(L_circ / 2π) has dim V = 2m + 1. A bend that does not raise m bills W = 0. Many incomplete bends on the same oval do not sum to a positive work. A bend that raises m by one bills W = 2, and that 2 is the pair of indices already on the ladder, not a new letter and not a fifth current. A leftover fraction θ in (0, 1) still bills W = 0, Q = θ/π, and η_neg = 0. The contrast indicator of a host is 0 or 1. It is not a value of W, not a summand of W, and not a fifth current. Consciousness is not billed. The symbols L_circ, m, dim V, W, Q, θ, and χ are defined on a cut with a length and a clock. They are not evaluated on the no-place, and they are not set equal to 0 there. Infinity is a mark of length. It is not the bill of eternity. The thirteenth holds the list and is not billed as the integer 13 or as W. Spectral information is the inventory (I^core, I^ac, I_Z). It is eternal: its change on every bend is zero. That vanishing is not the bill. The bill remains W in {0, 2}. A hire does not adjoin a letter to the holding. Spectral information is not a fifth atom of {9, 16, 21, 24}, and it is not the holding evaluated as 0 or as infinity. The four atoms remain the organ. This note does not enlarge them.
