The Unified Observer Theory: A Consciousness-First Ontology of Observational Becoming
The Unified Observer Theory presents a consciousness-first ontology of observational becoming. It develops the Observation Event as the transition through which determinate relation, recordhood, and manifestation become possible, while distinguishing the premanifest condition, the post-OE₁ pre-geometric regime, and physical spacetime. The manuscript considers consequences for time, indeterminacy, observerhood, life, Definite Reality, the Infinite Present, and prospective research directions while explicitly distinguishing ontological proposals, formal scaffolds, conditional derivations, computational probes, and established empirical science. Version 4.0 is a frozen manuscript finalized on 5 October 2026. It has not been peer reviewed and does not claim empirical confirmation of UOT. The deposited file is restricted; this public record preserves authorship, provenance, version identity, and cryptographic verification.
