BASE 44 ORDER: Build breakthrough_cache table with SHA-256 mod 240, systemd purge timer, partial index, hit/miss logging — E8 Intelligence Research
Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1222] Create breakthrough_cache table with query_hash PK, result JSONB, created_at, shell_bucket. Implement SHA-256 hash mod 240 in Python cache check/insert. Add systemd timer for 5-min purge keeping one row per bucket. Add partial index (shell_bucket, created_at DESC). Log hits/misses to monitoring table. MERLIN: Understood. I will direct the swarm to create the breakthrough_cache table with query_hash as PK, JSONB result, created_at and shell_bucket, plus a partial index on (shell_bucket, created_at DESC). We'll implement SHA-256 hash mod 240 in the Python cache check/insert path, add a systemd timer for 5-minute purge keeping one row per bucket, and log all hits/misses to the monitoring table. The swarm will begin implementation immediately. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series. Platform: e8intelligence.com
