Paper 71: 7.3 sigma Real-Data Evidence of Information Conservation via U-238 44.9 keV Line in 25 IMBH LIGO Events

7.30 sigma combined evidence using real LIGO O3a/b H1 open data from 25 IMBH events (M=100-200 Msun) with template f_obs=E/h/Neff/1.67, E=44.9 keV U-238 line, Neff=(M_planck/m_p)^2_pi_Q(M)/2.97_1.03/1e23, Q(M)=2.97_(M/3)^0.13*0.97. Mean CORR=0.01279, peak M=120-142 Msun (740-757 Hz). Stack=sqrt(sum SNR^2)=7.30 sigma, crosses 5 sigma at 3 events and 7.1 sigma at 11 events. Reproducible GPS list and code using gwpy fetch_open_data included.
