Human State Atlas v0.1.1 as Interpretation: Working Synthesis with 22 Mechanism Cards, Fictional Reader-Mapping Exercises (V1-V9b) and Correction Audit

Human State Atlas v0.1.1 is an organism-centred, world-conditioned working synthesis, claim audit and research agenda. It organises selected relationships among exposure, sensing, physiological state, representation, action, outcomes and learning while distinguishing established general relationships (E), conditional findings (C), hypotheses (H), metaphors (M), unresolved claims (U) and discounted formulations (R). This deposit contains 4 files as audited 6 Oct 2026: - Core Atlas (42pp): 7 editorial layers (A-G), 22 mechanism cards with locations, signals, timescales, evidence and limits, reference register of 44 identifiers with access grades, non-identifiability example. - Test Companion (17pp): 10 fictional paper cases V1-V9b, blank mapping form and 20-row two-reader CSV, bounded future study sketches. Cases are usability exercises, not evidence. - Audit and Change Log (10pp): errata disposition E01-E12/P01-P05/A01-A07, facilitator scoring guidance, SHA-256 provenance manifest, production verification. - Standalone Abstract (this file). What it tries to represent: how to separate what was present, what changed, what caused change, through which process, and how far it generalises, across material/informational exposure, physiology, threat representation, resources, predictability/control and learning. What it is not: not a validated model, diagnostic instrument, clinical protocol, systematic review, empirical dataset or peer-reviewed article. No original human data, parameter estimates or completed reader results. N3 (necessity of nest-and-return) remains H/U: unsupported, not disproved. No causal mediation is established. Most references checked at abstract/source-text level. Interpretation status: Should be read as an interpretation and editorial navigation aid at this point. Layers, nests, threads and ant trails are metaphors. Usefulness versus simpler exposure-plus-baseline description remains untested. Internal PDFs are attributed to "07 / teamglitch".
