Supplemental material to the article "Measuring what matters: a framework for performance measurement in construction logistics" submitted to the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management. Contains the interview protocol, the informant summary, a coding example, the 82-KPI pool from the systematic review with search and screening counts, informant quotes on practices and challenges, a comparison with existing frameworks, the check of the coding and ratings with the evidence for the excluded KPIs, and the 17 practitioner-appraised KPIs with their decision levels.
