Economic Outcomes of Model-Informed Precision Dosing versus Empirical or Conventional Dosing in Patients Receiving Commonly Used Narrow Therapeutic Index Drugs: A Systematic Review

Systematic review protocol and study materials: economic and resource-use outcomes of model-informed precision dosing (MIPD) versus empirical/conventional dosing and traditional non-model therapeutic drug monitoring in patients receiving commonly used narrow therapeutic index (NTI) drugs. Three pre-specified sub-questions, three comparator classes, economic outcomes as the mandatory eligibility axis. Search strategies anchor-validated (10/10). Related registrations: PROSPERO CRD42026[P10] (to be added upon issuance); OSF registration (this project).
