Meta-Cosmological Framework: Subsuming Dark Matter and Dark Energy via UROA and STCT (Elevated HERC)
This paper radically elevates the Hierarchical Entropic-Relational Cosmology (HERC) by fundamentally integrating it with Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA) and the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT). By fundamentally redefining Verlinde’s cosmological entropy displacement [1] through non-commutative topological friction and complex torsion, both Apparent Dark Matter and Dynamic Dark Energy emerge simultaneously and deterministically from a single quantum information network. This framework structurally resolves the severe cluster-scale failures of pure MOND theories [2] and strictlydeduces the dynamic equation of state for Dark Energy heavily favored by recent DESI DR2 observations [3], effectively subsuming ΛCDM and modified gravity as partial, low-energy effective approximations.
