A Study of the Origin and Development of Hindi Shabdanushasan

AbstractAcharya Kishori Das Vajpayee, a Hindi lexicographer, grammarian, and recipient of the title of Panini, ishonoured with numerous titles in the Hindi world, including Durvasa, Shabd Shilpi, Spelling Writer, andMimansa. Acharya Kishori Das Vajpayee began his career as a writer. Vajpayee's path to creativity was a rockyand challenging one. After topping the Shastri examination from Punjab University, he chose teaching, whilesimultaneously contributing to the struggle for independence. Impressed by the poignancy of words that arosefrom teaching and revolution, he continued to demonstrate his writing abilities. Influenced by the personality ofeditors, he also entered journalism, joining magazines like Chand, Madhuri, and Maraal. However, hiscontemplation of word usage continued even there, and he continued to highlight it in his writings. This led tohis recognition among contemporary Hindi scholars. After the country's independence was achieved, his entirefocus shifted to the refinement and refinement of the Hindi language. In which Acharya Vajpayee used commonwords of common spoken Hindi as his medium to explain his point. The present research paper focuses onAcharya Kishori Das Vajpayee's word purification campaign.
