Reverencing Words: An Independent Chapter of Jing-Rong Philosophical Reflections

Jing-Rong Philosophical Reflections (JRPR) comprises a series of independent articles, dedicated to revealing original philosophical concepts and rules grounded in Reverence (Jìng) and Vital Harmony (Róng). This article takes the original concepts of Cosmic Existence Law (Reverence–Vital Harmony–Unity into Oneness) and With Jing Comes Condensation; Without Jing, Dispersion Ensues (Law of Forming I) as its foundation; takes With Reverence, Speak; With Speech, Reverencing (Mind Method of Reverencing Words) (the original core mind method of this article) as its governing principle; explores the philosophical reflections on Reverencing Words (Jìng yán) from the perspectives of individual Anchored Establishment in the Social Sphere (Lì Shēn), civilizational persistence, and Human-Machine Interaction. It unfolds from the following dimensions: the core connotation of the mind method of Reverencing Words; the sequential progression of the seven Planes of Reverencing Words (literal meaning, process, Reverencing Risk, Reverence–Vital Harmony, rules, self-cultivation, civilization); the full-process practice of Reverencing Words (before speaking, reflect in stillness to avert risks; during speaking, hold Reverence to clarify boundaries; after speaking, examine actions to Vital-Harmonize); the extension of the Dao (Dào) of Reverencing Words in the AI era; the correlation between Reverencing Words and civilizational persistence. This article aims to present practical philosophical insights into Reverencing Words under the Jing-Rong principles; does not presuppose any research background or problem-solving objectives; serves solely as a systematic exposition of the inherent rules of Reverencing Words; hopes to provide a new philosophical perspective for individual speech self-cultivation and AI-era human-machine trust interaction.
