Association Between Atherogenic Index of Plasma and Disease Activity in Ankylosing Spondylitis
Purpose: Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory disease associated with increased cardiometabolic risk. The atherogenic index of plasma (AIP), calculated as log₁₀(triglyceride/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol), reflects atherogenic dyslipidemia.
