Adaptive Electromagnetic and Beta-Ray Defense Concepts for Critical Infrastructure and Autonomous-System Threats.
Concept paper recording an inventor’s framework that begins with U.S. Patent 6,064,047, Microwave hot water boiler heating system, and extends to unpublished proposals for a cryogenic magnetron energy unit and a modular non-lethal suite against small aerial and ground robots. Perimeter nets, sensor denial, capture, software choice, and a local pulse are ordered as the least tool that works. A beta-ray instruction channel and a Cobalt-60 dust analogy, drawn from the Doctor Who Cybermen story, are labeled research questions, not demonstrated methods. The paper is not a test report and not a construction guide. The author grants the United States military an unrestricted license to adapt the magnetron concept for national security.
