Scenario-Based Uncertain Number Theory
This work reformulates classical Number Theory into the framework of Uncertain Mathematics using weak binary relations and global truth valuation operators over state spaces. By replacing rigid element-wise conditions with truth measures $\mathcal{V} \in [0,1]$, fundamental concepts such as divisibility, primality, and congruence are generalized to capture probabilistic and scenario-based spectral properties of uncertain integers.
