Iskra Core — Zero Release v0.1

Iskra Core — Zero Release v0.1 is a frozen research snapshot of the Iskra Core independent research program. This release documents the state of the research program at the time of publication, including its conceptual foundations, research charter, provenance and priority record, methodological development, and the current research framework. The release preserves both Russian and English editions of the same research snapshot. The materials distinguish between definitions, assumptions, mathematical consequences, model predictions, empirical results, interpretations, and open research questions. This release is a research record and does not constitute a claim of experimentally established new physics, a completed physical theory, or a certification of the proposed hypotheses. Further development of the research program is expected to include mathematical analysis, numerical modeling, falsifiable predictions, experimental testing, and independent verification.
