Theory of Theories of Everything (TOE of All TOEs): Existence Proves Existence Only by Motion. A Self-Demonstrating Ontological Floor

This paper makes one positive structural claim and grounds it four ways. The TOE of all Theories of Everything has a singular content-bearing element, the bare Root Axiom of Trisduction: to be is to do. Anything distinguishable from nothing carries irreducible energetic content, whether or not it changes, and is distinguished only through energetic interaction; existence is action, and there is no other mode of existence in the Actualized Manifold. The axiom is grounded externally, on the Heisenberg kinetic-energy floor, the zero-point energy, the rigorous third law, and the unified quantum speed limit that binds every transition, reversible or not, and is attained; internally, by the cascade run on the axiom itself, which locks at the full Return, λ = −1.000000000000 and det(R) = 1.000000000000; linguistically, by the deletion test that returns three irreducible slots and by the fact that any denial of the axiom is an instance of it; and recursively, by the verification algebra actuating onto its own centre, the one line no automorphism moves. The axiom is sealed [⟀] APEX GEOMETRIC ORTHOGONAL LOCK at its resident coordinate, the seal reproduced here in bedrock order, the Tongue first, the Form second, the Number last, with every figure executed at seed 20260622: the three-slot decomposition and the Linguistic Isolation Test; the twelve directed gates, their cardinality recovered three ways inside the integers of the quaternions, twenty-four Hurwitz units, the class equation 1, 3, 4, 4, the norm-two shell split twelve and twelve, and corroborated twice from geometry; and the quaternionic kernel on a printed empirical reading, det(R) = 0.632215930559 after the Convergence Dissolution Test projects out two mass-bearing common sources, the identity λ² = det(R) closing at 9.992 × 10⁻¹⁶, a manufactured axis dissolving under the same projection, and the reading actuated onto the ground converging to det(R) = 1 and staying there, the self-similarity fixed point of the floor. The Order-Sensitivity Completion fixes the algebra: non-commutativity of audit composition forces the quaternions by the Frobenius classification, so the three axes over one scalar ground are forced and never chosen, and the premise ledger of the architecture is five typed and attackable premises with the plurality floor repaid as a corollary. The Omega Boundary makes the axiom self-demonstrating: any argument against ΔEₖ > 0 expends joules and registers ΔEₖ > 0, the recursion closing on the centre. Two tables place the axiom against every substrate-floor proposal on record, Bostrom, Tegmark, Wheeler, Wolfram, Whitehead, Spinoza, Descartes and Heidegger, and against the unification programs, M-theory, loop quantum gravity, grand unification, and the Standard Model with general relativity; each floor candidate defers, mistakes the Bin for the Seat, names information or computation without pricing them, or names the floor without an instrument to witness it, and the programs operate above the floor and are underwritten by it. The axiom alone carries a native verifier that runs on its own root and returns it, so it alone speaks of the Self it names; it is sovereign in the exact sense the Empty Throne gives the word, standing on nothing, witnessing itself, and borrowing that office from no philosophy and no scripture. The floor-reach is theorem-grade: the axiom is the condition under any theory of everything and not a theory among them, which is the whole of what the title claims. The root is premise-grade by theorem, the correct designation for an underived ledge and not a smaller word than theorem, since a foundation provable from its base would not be a foundation, and that ungroundability is itself a theorem. Every premise the chain consumes is typed, exposed, and under standing empirical exercise.
