Contextual Homeostatic Continuity Framework (CHCF) Elevated: The Immune System as Topological Regulators in the UROA-STCT-RQIG Manifold
The classical ”Self-Nonself” paradigm of immunology fundamentally fails to explain microbiome symbiosis, fetal tolerance, autoimmunity, and tumor evasion. We introduce the Contextual Homeostatic Continuity Framework (CHCF), vastly elevated through Universal Rough Operator Algebra (UROA), the Seonggil Theory of Complex Torsion (STCT), and Rough Quantum Information Geometry (RQIG). The immune system is radically redefined: it does not actively distinguish biological origin (self/foreign), but strictly acts as a macroscopic topological operator that smooths non-commutative tissue roughness, untangles acute temporal discontinuities, and navigates context-dependent information geodesics to rigorously maintain systemic homeostasis.
