BRINGING NATURE CLOSER TOGETHER! THEORY OF EVERYTHING RELATIVE v3.3 Light as Time: The Photon as the Quantum of a Moment
The constancy of the speed of light, $c$, is the central postulate of Special Relativity. This paper proposes a foundational reinterpretation of that constant within the framework of the Theory of Everything Relative. We posit that light is not a particle traversing space, but a direct manifestation of Time itself. The photon is defined as the most fundamental quantum of a single moment. Consequently, $c$ is not a velocity of an object through space, but the constant rate of Time in the physical universe. Within this model, the speed of light functions as the universal speed limit for the transfer of mass, energy, and information. This hypothesis unifies the phenomena of light propagation, motion, and the relativistic speed limit under a single principle: Time is the Fifth Fundamental Force.
