After verification, the concerned department provides a Verification Token, on the basis of which the Central Identity Department issues the relevant ID or certificate and links it to the citizen’s Master ID. The proposed architecture includes a secure QR, purpose-based access control, citizen access to personal records, audit logging, correction mechanisms, death-status locking, data security and data sovereignty. The fundamental principle of the proposal is: “Verify Once — Use Many Times.” हिंदी में इसका मूल सिद्धांत है: “एक बार सत्यापन — अनेक बार उपयोग।”
