A Study of the Effectiveness of Customer Support via Digital Channels By Two-Wheeler Electric Vehicle Startups With Special Reference To Nagpur City

Abstract With Nagpur City leading the way, electric vehicle (EV) startups have made a big difference in how people commute in urban areas. Because they want loyal customers and to maintain satisfaction, how startups provide digital customer support has grabbed the attention of researchers. This study examines how well mobile applications, websites, chatbots, social media, and email support functions on digital support platforms of two-wheeler EV firms in Nagpur. Combining surveys with startup representatives and interviews conducted with 100 customers, the study measures their satisfaction, how long it takes to fix issues, and how clearly they are communicated with. From the findings, it’s clear that digital help systems offer much but still lack quick response, personalized care, and troubleshooting issues. Lastly, the paper recommends digital customer service changes that will help startups build closer relationships with their customers.
