Global Universal Time Conjecture: Interpretation Divergence of Spacetime View and Causality in Relativity
For two spatially separated events A and B without causal connection, the reversal of time sequence observed in different inertial frames is conventionally interpreted as that the true order of events can be changed. This paper proposes a new interpretation: there exists a global ontological time difference Δt between events A and B, which represents the real causal time sequence of the two events. The sequence reversal in the Lorentz transformation is merely a coordinate representation effect Δt' dependent on the observer’s inertial frame, rather than a change in the inherent real time order of events. The global ontological time difference Δt remains invariant, independent of observers, reference frames and spatial distance between events. The coordinate time difference Δt' calculated from Lorentz transformation is a frame-dependent apparent time difference, whose sign can flip, leading to the phenomenon of apparent reversed time sequence for spacelike separated events.
