The article highlights the experience of NASUP's former presidents
Purpose This reflective epistolary manuscript is written to future NASUP leaders and explores leadership as an invitation to serve, grow and create opportunities for others. Drawing on the author's journey from educator to NASUP President, the letter offers personal reflections on the power of school-university partnerships, collaborative leadership and the lasting impact of investing in people. The manuscript encourages emerging leaders to embrace service, cultivate meaningful relationships and continue advancing the mission of NASUP. Design/methodology/approach The article is written in an epistolary, narrative style. Findings Due to the nature of the piece, there are no research findings. However, the article features the insights of NASUP President, Dr Nicole Wall. Nicole discusses the value of [pronoun] presidency and insights into the past, present and future of the organization. Originality/value The article draws additional attention to the exemplary leadership of the organization's second decade and may inspire others to seek leadership within NASUP.
