Simulation analysis of the dynamic balance of the reed part in the beating-up mechanism of a loom to study effective parameters.

This paper focuses on the development and optimization of crepe fabric production using advanced weaving techniques. Crepe fabric is highly valued for its unique texture and elegant appearance. Producing this fabric requires precise control of yarn tension and mechanical parameters. The research examines the effect of warp and weft densities on fabric quality. A mathematical model was developed to simulate the dynamic behavior of the yarns. Experiments validated the model’s accuracy and helped identify optimal parameters. The use of spring-supported reeds significantly reduced yarn breakage. Springs ensured uniform yarn tension even at high operating speeds. Weaving processes were analyzed using advanced simulation tools. The data revealed the relationship between reed design and fabric quality. Optimizing the settings improved fabric durability and reduced defects. It was experimentally proven that uniform load distribution across the yarns enhances texture consistency. The recommendations developed are applicable not only to the tested equipment but also to other weaving machines. The study also includes an analysis of the interaction between the equipment's mechanical components. The findings are highly relevant to the textile industry. The research offers new approaches to minimizing yarn damage. Process optimization improves productivity and fabric quality. The results contribute to industry development and support the adoption of innovative solutions.
