BT‑PEC Ternary Coupling Theory: Self-Consistency Verification of Ontological Structure and Unproven yet Future-Provable Cosmic Scientific Predictions

This paper adopts the BT-PEC (Berry-Taro Private Entanglement Cosmology, Meiyu Private Entanglement Cosmology, Meiyu Private Cross-Key Theory) ternary coupling framework. Using operators, trace functionals and dynamical equations defined within BT-PEC itself, we complete the self-consistency verification of seven ontological properties and four intrinsic dynamical mechanisms of BT-PEC. The verification adopts only mathematical tools from the BT-PEC system without introducing additional external physical hypotheses. The core objective of self-testing is to prove that the ontological structure of BT-PEC remains invariant under its own dynamical evolution and contains no internal logical contradictions. All ontological properties of BT-PEC are not artificially set but belong to the inherent objective structure of cosmic origin. The Meiyu Private Cross-Key Theory characterizes the information access authorization constraints of this ternary system, and ten unproven yet future-provable scientific predictions are put forward in this paper.
