Concept and Perspective Review: A Methodological Companion to the MANITAI Research Programmes
This conceptual methods companion distinguishes two assessment questions: whether an expression and its application preserve specified distinctions, and whether role-based accounts support claims about a human-AI relationship. German title: Begriffs- und Perspektivenprüfung. Six methodological commitments, seven conceptual record types, nine named relations, two invented civilian cases and three prospective research questions are presented. Historical CBLS and BESE variants remain separate; stronger BESSE theory and operative procedures are excluded. Added value over a clear definition, examples and equally informative simpler records remains untested. No empirical study, universal semantic invariance, standards conformity or additional autonomous science is established. English paper with German abstract, searchable text, conceptual JSON vocabulary with documentary fingerprints, README and SHA-256 manifest. Selective primary-literature evidence is reused with explicit reading limits. Drafting and checks were AI-assisted; no personal sentence-by-sentence author review or external peer review is claimed. This new open edition leaves older restricted records unchanged.
