TIC 43373455.01: Vetting Report of a New TESS Planet Candidate

We report a new transiting planet candidate around TIC 43373455 (Gaia DR3 2347153074114390144, Tmag 12.5, Teff 5500 K), identified in public TESS data and not listed on ExoFOP-TESS as of 4 October 2026. The signal (P = 5.312631 ± 0.000041 d, depth 3931 ± 265 ppm, duration 2.37 h) is recovered in TESS Sectors 3, 29 and 107, with 11 individually detected transits between 2018 and 2026. The Sector 107 transits fall 1 min from the ephemeris predicted from the earlier sectors, after 411 orbits. If planetary, the companion would have a radius of 7.1 ± 0.6 Earth radii (a hot sub-Saturn). The candidate passes all vetting tests feasible with public data: no secondary eclipse, consistent odd/even depths, stable depth across sectors, signal centred on the target, and all catalogued neighbours excluded. TRICERATOPS gives FPP = 0.51 ± 0.01 and NFPP = 0.000. The remaining ambiguity is an eclipsing binary unresolved from the target; reconnaissance spectroscopy or high-resolution imaging would settle it.
