Semanturgie: A Research Programme for the Lifecycle of Concept Systems

Semanturgie (Semanturgy) is proposed as a research programme on deliberately developed concept systems across construction, assessment, maintenance and transfer. This new standalone edition develops four overlapping tasks, eight methodological commitments, seven conceptual record types, nine relations, two invented civilian cases and four prospective research questions. A limited Semantic Forge integration perspective connects construction reasons with later assessment, revision and transfer. Existing terminology, ontology and conceptual work are explicit comparators. The framework does not establish new empirical laws, demonstrated effectiveness, global novelty or an autonomous scientific discipline. Historical law and unification claims are reconstructed without operational instruments or private materials. English paper with German abstract, conceptual JSON model, searchable text, README and SHA-256 manifest. Selective primary-literature reading and its limits are stated in the paper. Drafting and editorial checks were AI-assisted; no personal sentence-by-sentence author review or external peer review is asserted. This new open edition does not change older restricted records.
