IRIA SUMMIT: Strategic Framework for Intelligence Systems, Education and Cross-Border Innovation

IRIA SUMMIT is a strategic framework for the development of integrated intelligence, education and cross-border innovation ecosystems. The framework proposes an institutional architecture connecting organizations, territories, technology providers, research environments and professional communities through interoperable systems, governance structures and measurable implementation models. The work addresses applied intelligence, digital infrastructure, institutional integration, education systems and regenerative innovation as interconnected components of a scalable international ecosystem. It also establishes the conceptual and operational basis for IRIA SUMMIT initiatives across different sectors and territories.
