Redefining Vacuum and the Cosmic Fabric,

Porous Superfluid Vacuum Theory (PSVT) presents a novel physical framework that redefines the structural nature of the vacuum and spacetime by conceptualizing cosmic space as a quantum superfluid, with ordinary matter acting as a porous medium within it. Moving systematically from philosophical foundations to hydrodynamic formulations, this proposal accounts for gravity as a pressure gradient in the surrounding medium and the speed of light (c) as the upper propagation bound for acoustic pressure fluctuations within it. This unified mathematical framework aims to resolve the singularities and information paradoxes of black holes at a critical saturation pressure, while offering a mechanical explanation for flat galactic rotation curves and the Tully-Fisher relation without requiring the hypothesis of dark matter.
