CRISPR screen for Deoxynivalenol resistance gene in pig cells
This project employed a pig CRISPR-Cas9 library to screen for genes conferring resistance to Deoxynivalenol (DON) in the IPI-2I porcine cell line. NGS raw data were generated by sequencing the amplified integrated library sgRNAs from cells, both before and after DON treatment.
