Discovering SSH Data - How can you find the data you need?
Slides of a presentation given at the Tilburg University Symposium: Data Dilemmas on October 1st 2026. Discovering SSH Data - How can you find the data you need? Abstract In this session, we will discuss data discovery tools through which you can find datasets available for reuse. We will give a general introduction to data discovery and then focus on two portals that are available to find (Dutch) social sciences and humanities data which we explore in more detail: the ODISSEI Portal which brings together metadata from various social sciences data providers, and INEO a portal from CLARIAH to find data and tools in the field of digital humanities. In the session, there will be space to exchange experiences and address common struggles in finding the data you need for your project.
