DiCE: Reverse Logistics for Both Devices Subject-To and Not Subject-To EU MDR Covering Reuse and Recycling (D3.6)

The present report outlines practical and operational pathways for digital health devices, both subject and not subject to the EU MDR, covering reuse, preparation for reuse, recycling and safe disposal. The analysis combines desk research, regulatory review, literature analysis, stakeholder engagement, evidence generated through the DiCE pilots and the operational expertise of the participating Producer Responsibility Organisations Fundación ECOLEC, EKOSIJ and RECUPEL, under the coordination of the WEEE Forum.
