Transcriptome data of germinating Torubam seeds treated with gibberellin
Transcriptome analysis was conducted to explore the process of gibberellin-induced dormancy break. The study found that the protein processing, translation and peptide biosynthesis process played a significant role during the soaking period. Gibberellin treatment promotes the signal transduction of plant hormones, DNA-binding transcription factor activity, monocarboxylic acid biosynthetic process, etc., thereby facilitating water absorption.
