Affordable and Efficient Anatomy Mapping for LBBAP in Dextrocardia With Complete Heart Block
We reported the case of a 77-year-old woman with dextrocardia and complete heart block, demonstrating the effectiveness of simplified anatomical mapping imaging and modified catheter techniques to achieve selective left bundle branch pacing (LBBP).
