The Anaphor Framework: A Numerical Assessment at Solar-System and Galactic Scales

When MT is defined as the local rate of time flow, the MT × ZT = V framework reproduces the perihelion precession of four planets to within 0.1 percent at solar-system scale, with a single parameter α = 3/2. At galactic scale the same definition fails: its correction term falls off as the inverse cube of distance and becomes negligible, differing from Newtonian gravity by less than one part in a million at 20 kpc. The framework works at galactic scale only once a threshold acceleration a₀ is introduced, expressed through the vacuum energy density as a₀ = c·√(2Gρᵥ/3π). Using the observed value of a₀, this relation yields a vacuum density within 23 percent of the cosmologically measured critical density — two numbers obtained from entirely independent sources. In this form the framework accounts for six galaxies spanning three orders of magnitude in baryonic mass with a single parameter, at a mean error of 6.3 percent, and without dark matter. This paper also states the limits plainly: both coefficients remain fitted rather than derived from first principles, the solar-system agreement is structurally compelled rather than discriminating, and tests in galaxy clusters and gravitational lensing have not been carried out. MT yerel zaman akış hızı olarak tanımlandığında, MT × ZT = V çerçevesi güneş sistemi ölçeğinde dört gezegenin günberi presesyonunu tek bir parametreyle (α = 3/2) %0,1 hatayla verir. Galaksi ölçeğinde ise aynı tanım yetersiz kalır: düzeltme terimi mesafenin küpüyle azaldığı için 20 kpc'de Newton'dan farkı milyonda birin altına iner. Çerçeve galaksi ölçeğinde ancak bir eşik ivmesi (a₀) eklendiğinde çalışır. Bu ivme, boşluk enerji yoğunluğu üzerinden a₀ = c·√(2Gρᵥ/3π) şeklinde ifade edilir. Gözlenen a₀ değeri bu ilişkiye konduğunda çıkan boşluk yoğunluğu, kozmolojik olarak ölçülen kritik yoğunluğa %23 içinde yaklaşır — iki sayı tamamen bağımsız kaynaklardan gelir. Bu haliyle çerçeve, baryonik kütlesi bin kat aralıkta değişen altı galaksiyi tek parametreyle, %6,3 ortalama hatayla ve karanlık madde olmadan açıklar. Çalışma sınırlarını da açıkça belirtir: her iki katsayı da henüz türetilmemiş, uydurulmuştur; güneş sistemi uyumu yapısal olarak zorunludur, ayırt edici değildir; galaksi kümeleri ve kütleçekimsel mercekleme testleri yapılmamıştır.
