Generalized Linear Keratotic Papules in a Man in His 30s
A man in his 30s presented with a 5-year history of generalized keratotic papules and plaques accompanied by pruritus. Physical examination revealed numerous dark-red keratotic papules on the trunk and extremities as well as seborrheic dermatitis–like erythematous scaly patches on the face. What is your diagnosis?
