Universal Matter, Clock, and Record Couplings in FCLET Operational Metrics, Conformal Redundancy, and Finite-Capacity Rate Closure
This article establishes the canonical coupling of the FCLET latency field to matter, clocks, and physical record channels. The causal metric defines the underlying Lorentzian spacetime, while the dimensionless latency field modifies locally realized matter rates through a universal conformal factor. For matter species , the operational metric is defined by and the corresponding operational proper time is The canonical universal FCLET sector is for every ideal matter clock and freely falling material system. It yields and The article proves the equivalence between two nonduplicative representations: the latency-rate representation, in which physical rates acquire the factor relative to , and the operational-metric representation, in which matter couples minimally to . Applying both factors simultaneously would count the same latency effect twice. The single-factor rule eliminates this redundancy exactly. Universal conformal coupling preserves the metric null cone and weak equivalence principle while generating a covariant latency-gradient acceleration in the representation. Massive matter contributes to the latency source through its stress–energy trace, whereas the four-dimensional Maxwell kinetic action remains conformally invariant. Atomic, nuclear, mechanical, and quantum clocks acquire a common local phase rate when the coupling is universal. Physical record production is described by a finite-capacity channel whose rate is suppressed by . In the canonical record sector, Combining record production with the logarithmic load law produces an exact negative-feedback system: growing record occupancy increases latency, and growing latency slows further record production. In the homogeneous quasistatic limit, complete capacity saturation is approached asymptotically and is never crossed at finite operational duration. This article closes the interface between the FCLET latency field and observable physical systems. It fixes the universal coupling, the conformal representation, the matter-source term, the clock law, the record law, and the exact prohibition against double counting.
