A Governed Synthetic Genetic Pool as a Computational Framework Anchored to Real Population Allele Frequencies and Simulated with msprime
Proof-of-concept implementation of the CORGData genetic pool framework as a governed population simulator over a real public allele-frequency slice (European gnomAD v4, five MC1R variants), with inheritance simulated via msprime fixed-pedigree ancestry. Governed selection raised final-generation target prevalence from 8.8% to 83.3%. A method demonstration, not a clinical predictor.
