Tools for strategic assessment and external factors affecting the management of business health and Security
The field of health and safety management systems (HSMS) in enterprises is constantly shaped by a wide range of external threats, trends and changes. In a dynamic environment like this, companies rely on strategic assessment tools to predict, analyze and respond to these changing problems. This article reviews critically the pros and cons of several strategic evaluation methodologies such as PESTLE and SWOT for the purposes of understanding and controlling external impacts on HSMS. Additionally, it takes into account the current external forces affecting the health and safety of businesses and discusses how companies should combat these challenges so that they can remain strong and compliant.
