WRRA-M 0.3: Source-Law Filter Selection

WRRA-M 0.3 defines a four-filter admissible class that preserves the sixteen-channel space and common color action of version 0.2. Source supplies two scalar compatibility tables and Law scores each filter by summing the entries selected by its left and right matchings. Two selection gaps give a necessary and sufficient criterion: the version 0.2 cross filter is the unique maximizer exactly when both gaps are positive. A constant-score replicator flow then converges to the target from every interior initial condition, with an explicit exponential bound. The selection survives entrywise score perturbations of size rho when the smaller gap exceeds four rho. The numerical compatibility values and their physical origin are not derived.
